We Thrive Together is a 5-week transformational journey designed to help women from diverse ethnic backgrounds (Women of Colour) build meaningful connections, thrive in their career and lead with confidence. Programme Overview
The programme consists of a mix of interactive & practical workshops, knowledge sharing, and speed mentoring, designed to:

We Thrive Together Programme stages: Connect, Grow, Thrive.
Over five weeks, you will:
Connect
Deepen your connection with yourself and others.
Explore themes of identity and belonging.
Embrace your authentic self with confidence.
Understand the complexities and strengths of intersectional identities.
Grow
Learn to advocate for yourself.
Overcome imposter syndrome.
Communicate your needs with clarity and confidence.
Thrive
Build meaningful and lasting connections.
Develop sisterhood and allyship.
Learn to authentically lead and thrive.

Two interactive workshops (2 x 2-hour sessions)
Speed Mentoring Session with inspiring ethnic leaders and allies
Knowledge-Sharing Session to exchange experiences and insights with your peers
Private Online Platform to stay connected, share resources, and build sisterhood
Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for women from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including:
Early career professionals
Women from migrant and refugee backgrounds
Students preparing to enter the workforce (e.g. tertiary, MA, and PhD levels)
When: April 2026
You can choose the timing that works best for you:
Option 1:
Workshops: 21 and 28 April, 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM,
Knowledge Sharing Session: 12 May, 6:30 PM – 7:30 PM,
Speed Mentoring Session: Saturday 23 May, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Option 2:
Workshops: 23 and 30 April, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM,
Knowledge Sharing Session: 14 May, 11 AM – 12 noon
Speed Mentoring Session: Saturday 23 May, 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
All workshops & activities are online, so you can connect from anywhere in Aotearoa New Zealand or around the world!
