We Thrive Together is a 5-week transformational journey designed to help women from diverse ethnic backgrounds (Women of Colour) build meaningful connections, thrive in their career and lead with confidence. The programme offers a safe, supportive, and empowering space to connect, grow, and thrive together.

The programme consists of a mix of interactive & practical workshops, knowledge sharing, and speed mentoring, designed to:

• Provide valuable insights to thrive & lead authentically

Over five weeks, you will:

Connect

• Deepen your connection with yourself and others.

• Explore themes of identity and belonging.

• Embrace your authentic self with confidence.

• Understand the complexities and strengths of intersectional identities.

Grow

• Learn to advocate for yourself.

• Overcome imposter syndrome.

• Communicate your needs with clarity and confidence.

Thrive

• Build meaningful and lasting connections.

• Develop sisterhood and allyship.

• Learn to authentically lead and thrive.

• Two online interactive workshops (2 x 2.5-hour sessions)

• Speed Mentoring & Networking Session with inspiring ethnic leaders and allies

• Online Knowledge-Sharing Session to exchange experiences and insights with your peers

• Private Online Platform to stay connected, share resources, and build sisterhood
